This site collects only the information needed to respond to a project estimate request and manage company-owned project content.
Information you submit
The estimate form may collect your name, phone number, optional email address, city or postal area, requested service, preferred contact method, project timing and project description.
How estimate information is used
The information is sent by email to Straight Home Solutions so the team can respond to your request. It is not stored in the website database, used for automated pricing or sold.
Project content
Supabase stores project descriptions, image metadata and optimized project images owned by Straight Home Solutions. Uploaded originals are re-encoded to remove embedded location metadata and are not retained after processing.
Owner authentication
Supabase also authenticates the owner who manages project content. Public registration is disabled. Authentication cookies are used for this required security function.
Analytics and tracking
This website does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or behavioural tracking tools.
Service providers
Information may be processed by the site hosting, authentication and transactional email providers only as needed to operate the website and deliver an estimate request.
Your choices
You may contact Straight Home Solutions at straight.home.solutions.ltd@gmail.com to ask about a request you submitted or to request deletion from the receiving mailbox, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements.
